Was this during X setup?  The device is called /etc/sysmouse if you are
running moused.  You can re-run the setup by running
/usr/X11R6/bin/XF86Setup.

If you were at post-install, then you can run /stand/sysinstall and select
post-install or configure to get back to that menu.
