Not without source code patches, although you can get it to check for
happy99 (ska) virus :)

Anything that is in *headers* sendmail can check and filter, but MIME
body parts are trickier to decode (it's body information rather than
headers you need to look at - sendmail won't do that using rules afaik).
You can just about manage it with procmail, there are some faqs
around... try this site
