New Revision: 197263
URL: http://svn.freebsd.org/changeset/base/197263

Log:
  Sync driver with Yahoo:

  - Implement MSI support (MSIX support was already there)
  - Use a table to drive MSI/MSIX exceptions
  - Pre-calculate the command address instead of wasting cycles doing the
    calculation on every i/o.

Modified:
  head/sys/dev/ciss/ciss.c
  head/sys/dev/ciss/cissreg.h
  head/sys/dev/ciss/cissvar.h
