Walnut Creek CD-ROM.  The "manual" they supply is in fact a book; the
manuals come on the CD-ROM.  Send mail to info@cdrom.com, or take a
look at http://www.FreeBSD.org.

Nothing.  It's the same, definitive CD-ROM.

You probably don't want 4.4BSD-Lite, but if you do, you can get it
from Walnut Creek as well.  As the name Lite suggests, it's not a
complete, functional operating system.
