Well, there was a time you had to get those security things
from South Africa if you weren't a US resident. Like this

nisser:/home/www/Slak$ cat /usr/share/examples/cvsup/forseti-secure
*default host=cvsup.internat.FreeBSD.org
*default base=/usr
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs tag=RELENG_3
*default delete use-rel-suffix
*default compress
src-crypto
src-eBones
src-secure

for example and coupled with the CVSup program. Things have changed
since the RSA patent no longer is, but how I'm not sure.
