"it's" should be expanded or even removed. Other notes: "Second entry defines a single target." is missing an article, or possibly better rearranged as "A single target is defined by the second entry." The word "target" in the second sentence could use <quote> or <emphasis> tags to point out that it is talking about the use of the word in the first sentence.
