i already posted this once, but meanwhile really out of ideas.

freebsd.4.5->sl0->rs232->rad converter->x.21->-- telecom line<-x.21......
some as other side.

everything works fine with speed up to 19200. the com interfaces on both
boxes was tested with external isdn adapter and worked full speed.  the rad
adapters supports up to 200kb. telecom checked the line and told me they run
up to 64kb against a loopback adapter.

is there any way to debug sl0 to see what happens over 19200kb?
