I have very little knowledge about XenClient, but I think the issue is that=
 you
are trying to load a PV kernel inside of an HVM guest, which is never going=
 to
work. PV kernels need to be started in a special way by the
toolstack/hypervisor, so just installing FreeBSD from an ISO and trying to
replace the GENERIC kernel with a XEN one is not going to work.
