I read UPDATING file every time it's updated and had done what's in
20140219 before. The problem with gtk-doc was after I did it. BTW,
there's also a problem with sysutils/upower build crashing on docs, for
which I defined NO_INSTALL_MANPAGES (only a workaround), and with
misc/freebsd-doc-en for which I don't have any fix.
