Besides procmail, you can also use cyrus-imapd's (1.6.x, 2.0.x) builtin
sieve filtering language to filter your users email.

Additionally,  the sieve scripts can be create/modify/delete and upload to
the cyrus-imapd server using a web browser:

    http://24.112.168.35/websieve/
