BTW, I do *respect* Terry highly.  I don't always agree with him, but
he is a wonderful asset.  Let's look at Terry like a researcher that
we want to avoid having his experimental ideas in the tree.  If his
signal-to-noise ratio is slightly low, it doesn't mean that his
contributions are faulty.  I wish that we had a better support system
for the likes of him, so that we can use his talents more effectively!!!
