Uh, this _is_ the GNOME 2.2 keyboard shotcuts interface.  It looks just
like the one in the manual.  If you're referring to why your shortcuts
are different that the ones in the manual screenshot, that's because
they've been tweaked for the screenshot.  What you're seeing are the
defaults.
