Disk Drive Depot/ CSC (divisions of the same company)
offers an Archive 16Gb multi-tape 4mm DAT unit (with autochanger)
for about $395 (internal) -- add about ~100 to put that into
an external case. They also have 5.25" MO (magneto optical)
drives (external 300Mb per side, "flippy") and 1G for
less than $500 and CD-ROM burners for less than $600 (internal).

Pick your poison. I don't have CSC's number handy
(they do all the mail order) but DDD is at 408-738-3895.

If you're in the bay area there are places where you can
used drives even cheaper -- but these are all new or
	refurbished.
