I'm not sure all would agree, but seeing as I think that ports is way
too overweight to begin with, and this is a great target, I'd like to
see it axed so as to stand out as an example of what's not acceptable, a
precedent, as it were.  We could easily accumulate hundreds of these
nearly useless one-liners.  They do no good to anyone, and appending
that whacked-out license to it sure makes it a great "target of
opportunity".
