One book that I'd highly recommend for you is 'Essential System
Administration' by Aeleen Frisch. It's in the same series of books as
your TCP/IP book, but focuses on system administration instead of network
administration.

I don't know of any currently available books that discuss installing
FreeBSD, but Walnut Creek CD-ROM will be publishing one soon called
'Installing and Running FreeBSD' by Greg Lehey (grog@ora.com). I've only
seen the table of contents, but it looks like it would be very useful to
you. The latest version of the book is available as a postscript file at
ftp://freefall.FreeBSD.org/incoming/book.ps.gz
