i have a network set up as follows.

                            2.2.7
internet<---->modem<--->192.168.0.2<----->192.168.0.3
                              |       ^
                              |       |->192.168.0.4
                              |
                              |
                         10.0.0.1<----->10.0.0.2

if i telnet to 192.168.0.2 from 192.168.0.3  or 10.0.0.2
the connection takes a very long time to complete.

if i telnet from 10.0.0.2 to 192.168.0.3 it completes
very fast.

I never had this happen before and have set up 5 machines.

what do you think is the problem?
