There is snapshots/ directory practically on any FreeBSD ftp mirror.
E.g.

ftp://ftp2.ru.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/snapshots
ftp://ftp2.ru.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/snapshots/200810
