Hmm, everything in the plist contains %%DTD_VERSION%%, so I'm not sure.
Perhaps we could pull that in from somewhere ?

Also, we need to specify a version in doc.docbook.mk as well, so we have to
keep the two in sync (which hasn't been done yet - I'm waiting for my test
build to complete, but we're not losing anything as STYLESHEET_TYPE=xsl is
currently broken anyway).
