Not offically, but it does work.  I was simply responding to your statement
that you had "not yet found a case where expect works any better than a decent
CHAT script".  I have.  I agree that PPP is a better solution.  Nevertheless,
this is a "real world" example of CHAT not filling the bill.  Sometimes,
dialing in and logging in isn't enough.
