FreeBSD doesn't have patchfiles.  We have releases.  Each release is
clearly labelled in the /pub/FreeBSD directory on ftp.freebsd.org.

I guess I don't know what you're talking about.  Could you please explain
which FTP site you're accessing and what you're looking for?
