Probably because one was built and uploaded before the gcc maintainer
made some changes, like removing (and afterwards, re-adding) the objc
frontend and removing the java frontend.  See revisions 1.351-2 of:

http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/lang/gcc42/Makefile

But the usual warnings regarding binaries built by someone else and
fetched from a remote location apply.
