In ftp://freebsd.org/pub/jkh/225upgrade.tgz is a small package, simply
saying:
	pkg_add ftp://freebsd.org/pub/jkh/225upgrade.tgz

to launch the 2.2.5 upgrade on your machine. The key thing this
package does is upgrade your /stand to 2.2.5 first so that the
sysinstall upgrade code you run is the latest (and upgrade's been
changed a bit for 2.2.5). All you should need to do is select your
media type, the distributions you want to upgrade and you should be
off and running.

Let me know how well it works in actual practice. :)
