I just discovered that something is broken in our RFC 1323 support.
This is a result of the recent timer changes.  (RFC 1323 is used to
protect against TCP window wrap-around on fat pipes, and improves
round-trip-time estimates.)

If you are experiencing TCP connections mysteriously hanging, try
disabling timestamps with `sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.rfc1323=0'.
