It was discussed in #bsdports the reason of this change, but the PORTVERSION
is wrong yet.

According the HANDBOOK we need to set this PORTVERSION as 1.0.r3, there is
in HANDBOOK a good explanation about how we can use the PORTVERSION naming.

Now you are the maintainer please, can you fix the PORTVERSION according the
HANDBOOK?
