Wow, so there were complaints about its datedness even as far back as 2000.

With no maintainer around, I think it would be a good idea to drop the
ppp-primer, unless you see anything there that really isn't covered well
elsewhere.

I'm probably the only person whose been using it over the handbook anyway.
But that's how it is, you get used to things, and then you don't notice
when the handbook gets better and the primer gets worse.
