What specifically do you need?

Sun released the source code for a full XPG/3 implementation
when thet released the sources for X/View.  The code should be
available in the "contrib" section of any X mirror.


Actually, last time this issue came up, there was a disagreement
about sizeof(wchar_t).  Some people wanted it to be 16 bits so
all the code out there would work, and some people wanted it to
be 32 bits so that all the code out there would break...
