Current ports system.

>Description:

Rev 1.166 of http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/multimedia/mplayer/Makefile says

- Split the port into mplayer and mencoder
...

but there is no /usr/ports/multimedia/mencoder although all
data needed to create the mencoder port had been submitted
in maintainer's PR ports/115170.

>How-To-Repeat:

cd /usr/ports/multimedia/mencoder

>Fix:

Commit what maintainer has submitted in PR ports/115170 completely.
