A bit later than expected, but now we are frozen awaiting the 4.11
release. The freeze is expected to be a short one, hopefully just a
week, but might be extended due to the linux_base update we needed to be
able to ship 4.11 with a working linuxilater.

All commits must be approved by portmgr and only critical fixes will be
allowed. Thank you for your patience.
