I'm finding that I don't get any ses device with this
adapter.

The system is a supermicro x5dpr motherboard, 2x 2.8GHz
XEON with 533MHz FSB. The adaptec 7902 is onboard in this
system.

I've done a MAKEDEV ses0. When I run 'getencstat -v /dev/ses0',
I get:
/dev/ses0: Device not configured

In my config I have:
device          scbus           # SCSI bus (required)
device          da              # Direct Access (disks)
device          sa              # Sequential Access (tape etc)
device          cd              # CD
device          ses             #SCSI SES/SAF-TE driver

Does anyone have any suggestions? I've also tried adding
SES_ENABLE_PASSTHROUGH and 'device pass'

When I boot with verbose, I do not see any messages come out
about ses at all. All I see that is scsi related is below:
