Update for MASTER_SITES, from vol.com-->blackened.com

Thanks to Matt Ramsey (mjr@blackened.com) for telling me where the new
site is. 

FYI - irc.blackened.com, a major efnet server, runs 7k+ clients from a
pII/233 running.... FreeBSD.
