Well, I didn't want to bite off *too* much here or this will never get
done.  Maybe after we've got the major countries done we can start
thinking about subdividing the U.S. :)

If someone wants to write me a nice stand-alone module for doing this,
I'll certainly consider adding it. :-) Right now I have far too many
things on my wish list that are important to truly necessary
functionality to consider putting time into stuff like this, I'm
afraid. :(
