Synopsis: New port: irc/ruby-rbot

State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback
State-Changed-By: knu
State-Changed-When: Wed Apr 24 05:03:22 JST 2002
State-Changed-Why:
How about having a talk with the author and asking him to hide all these
library files under rbot/ to avoid namespace pollution? It'd also be
nice if the distribution provided a nifty installer. :)
