Well, (for once) I tested the changes before I committed them. I
didn't run a complete make world since getty was still broken, but I
did the following:

# cd /usr/src/usr.bin/xntpd
# make all

I also glimpsed the entire source tree looking for tickadj to see if
it was referenced anywhere else (that's how I picked up man0/man8).

Hmm, I just thought of a very famous bridge we're going to see later
this month - maybe I should bring swimming trunks to Arnhem? ;)
