Is it really meant to provide help?  I have no problem adding it if it
is, I just don't want to have people going there then have it end up
like #FreeBSD over on Efnet.  Also, I'm assuming that you're talking
about a #FreeBSD channel on irc.FreeBSD.org.. am I right?
