You need to actually mount the filesystem on the cdrom.  Assuming that
your CDROM is (a) IDE and (b) located on the second channel of the
primary controller this should work for you.

  mount -t cd9660 /dev/wcd0c /cdrom


Try "man mount" or "man mount_cd9660" for more information.
