I had some header file related problems here recently which went away when
I updated:

	/etc/defaults/make.conf from /usr/src/etc/defaults/make.conf
and
	/etc/mtree/BSD.include.dist

Afterwards make buildworld runs happily.

Its always a good idea to check /usr/src/etc ./defaults and ./mtree to see
if anything should be updated in your /etc. Not everything makes its way
into a mention in /usr/src/UPDATING.
