I'd be careful with amavis, I've always had scaling issues with it.  I
haven't found anything server-wise I really like for that.  You need to talk
to mcafee about vscan licensing.  I used vscan at one place and it worked
well, caught every virus that was thrown at it.  And it's dat updates
allowed for a simple crontab on it.
