With ACPI enabled, the psm0 device is not detected at all. It doesn't show
up in dmesg output nor in /dev. Without loading it, it shows up. I know
others have experienced this problem on other laptops as well. Has anyone
found a patch/workaround yet?

Thanks,

As to liberty, the heroes who signed that great document pledged themselves to
buy liberty with their lives. Liberty is always unalienable; it must be
redeemed regularly with the blood of patriots or it is always vanquished. Of
all the so-called 'natural human rights' that have ever been invented, liberty
is least likely to be cheap and is never free of cost. -- R. A. Heinlein
