But the module for randomdev is built in any case, even if RANDOMDEV
is not in your kernel config file and since the kernel build now
builds all modules...

For now, you need sys-crypto.  Maybe we should modify
sys/modules/Makefile to include the random module only when sys/crypto
exists?
