Hello!

you can fetch libart_lgpl-1.3b.tar.gz manual from 

ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/local-distfiles/marcus/

if you use galeon2: i wasn't able to build/run galeon2 after
update to 1.3b.
