Subject:   BMP on FreeBSD missing wav-plugin

The subject says it all. BMP doesn't compile the wavplayer plugin. The 
interesting part is, if I cd to the plugins/wav directory, make, and 
install it by hand, it's working. Sorry, but as I doesn' understand 
BMP's building process, I couldn't make a patch for it.
