NTSC, PAL, & SECAM aren't enough.  You need to add the
digital ATSC/8VSB and DVB-T/COFDM to your list.

Some chips handle all 3 analog formats, but I don't know of
any demodulator chips that do both ATSC/8VSB and DVB-T/COFDM.

Not that I've heard of.  Perhaps the firewire tuners
would be easier?
