Hello.. For some months now we have been having recurring problems with a
tape drive in one of our FreeBSD boxes.

We are making backups tot he taoe nightly however... only one in maybe 5
is successful.. 

this is the dmesg output..

Ive checked termination which I would think based on previous discussions
along these lines may be it but does not appear to help.  Ive swapped the
cables to no avail.


Any other ideas??
