[new port] : net-mgmt/p5-Cisco-CopyConfig share file

Cisco::CopyConfig provides methods for manipulating the=20
running-config of devices running Cisco  IOS via  SNMP=20
directed TFTP. This module is essentially a wrapper for=20
Net::SNMP and the CISCO-CONFIG-COPY-MIB-V1SMI.my MIB schema.
