The negotation is okay, 100baseTX with full-duplex. Or do you mean I
have to force it because it sometimes loses negotiation?

Checksum offloading is enabled too:
options=1b<RXCSUM,TXCSUM,VLAN_MTU,VLAN_HWTAGGING>.

The DMA corruption mentioned in BUGS is interesting but its an onboard
NIC anyway, so I don't know if it is connected via 32 or 64bit PCI bus,
dmesg doesn't show an error message:
