Apologies for the breakage.

I had both the actual change and the regen'ed files in the same tree while
I was working on the change. But just before committing I decided it would
be better to commit them separately so I did a manual diff and in the
process forgot to include syscalls.master.

Anyways, davidxu fixed it.
