ftp/ncftp installs versin 1.x of ncftp - it's necessary to use ftp/ncftp3 to get version 3.x. Ideally the port without the version number as a suffix should be the one users would expect to get, which would normally be designated as 'stable'. ftp/ncftp should therefore probably be renamed ftp/ncftp1.
