I want to simulate a complete link (both ends) in one FreeBSD box
using dummynet. This will be used for some small research project
I'm working on (don't want to mess with several machines).
The idea is to have the following setup:
User-mode <app, say ftp> <app, say, ftpd>
--------------------|---------------------------------|----------
Kernel-mode .--+--. .--+--.
|tun1 | |tun2 |
| | <===== dummynet pipe ====>| |
`-----' `-----'
The question is how do I connect tun0 and tun1 using dummynet? (if
it's possible at all).
