I'm not saying it _has_ to be in X11, I'm saying that moving to
/usr/local from X11 has (and will continue to) cause confusion and
problems with current ports, and is counterintuitive.

I see Vanilla's the porter, I'll write him directly.  I wanted to know
if there was some other overriding reason for the switch, but no one has
chimed in about it.
