   Ultra mode has to be enabled in SCSI-select in order to use Ultra speeds.
The problem is that the Micropolis 4221 isn't an Ultra-SCSI drive. The
product literature clearly says "fast/wide" which means 10MHz, 16bits...or
in other words, 20MBytes/sec.
